How can we update incorrect patient information?
If you need to update incorrect patient information, such as a misspelled name or an incorrect date of birth, follow these guidelines:
- The practice can update this information if the patient referral is still in the Drafts tab. Simply log into your SleepTestCRM account, navigate to the patient's referral, and correct the details as needed.
- If the patient is In Process, it's too late for the practice to update this information directly. In this case, the patient has approved the information. If you’ve found incorrect information, you can:
- Log into your SleepTestCRM account.
- Navigate to the Support tab in the CRM.
- Submit a message with the correct patient information. Include details like the proper spelling of the name or the correct date of birth.
