How can I reactivate a patient's account or referral for a sleep study?

Reactivating a patient's account or referral for a sleep study is a straightforward process. Follow these steps to ensure everything is set up correctly:

  • Log into your SleepTestCRM account.
  • Go to the "Drafts" tab.
  • Find the patient's referral. Use the search function if needed.

Important Note: Practices can independently reactivate an old patient test if the patient referral is NOT over 6 months old. If the referral is older than 6 months, you’ll have to contact support to reactivate the patient.

  • Confirm and update insurance details, patient contact information, and any missing medical history.
  • Once everything is updated and complete, click Submit Now to finalize the reactivation of the referral.

If you encounter any issues during this process, you can take the following steps:

  • Double-check that all folders are completed and marked green in the system.
  • Verify that the patient’s contact information and insurance details are correct and up to date.
  • If the issue persists, use the Support tab in SleepTestCRM to submit a message. Select the patient in question and describe the issue you are facing.

Once submitted, the referral is officially reactivated and will continue through the normal processing workflow.
