If you notice any discrepancies or issues with your patient's sleep test results or information, follow the steps below to resolve them.

Steps to Correct Patient Information

  1. Log in to the SleepTestCRM platform.
  2. Navigate to the "Support" tab.
  3. Select "Ask Question" and choose the relevant patient.
  4. Submit a message detailing the correction needed, such as a name change or date of birth correction.
  5. Allow up to 2 business days for the updates to be processed.

Requesting a 3% Rescore of Sleep Test Results

  1. Ensure you have the written policy from the insurance company that mandates a 3% rescore.
  2. Email the written policy to SleepTest.com.
  3. A $49 rescoring fee applies for this service.
