  1. Access SleepTestCRM: Log in to your SleepTestCRM account. Make sure you have the necessary permissions to access patient records and make changes.
  2. Locate the Patient's Record: Use the search function or navigate the patient list to find the specific patient whose prescription or documentation needs updating.
  3. Review Existing Information: Check the current prescription details, medical history, and other relevant documentation. Ensure you have all the necessary information before making adjustments.
  4. Make Necessary Adjustments:
    1. For prescription changes, update the relevant fields with the new prescription details.
    2. If documentation needs editing, make changes to the patient's record.
  5. Submit Changes for Approval: If your changes require approval from a supervisor or a sleep physician, submit the updated information for review.
