How can I access results for a patient who tested directly through SleepTest.com?

If you need to access the results for a patient who tested directly through SleepTest.com, follow these steps:

1. Ensure the patient has completed their test and returned the equipment. Results are typically available within 4 business days after we receive the equipment.
2. Log into the SleepTestCRM platform using your credentials.
3. Navigate to the Completed tab. Here, you will find the results for all patients who have finished their tests.
4. Locate the specific patient you are interested in. You can view or download documents such as the Letter of Medical Necessity (LOMN), Board-Certified Sleep Physician’s Notes, and any relevant Therapy Prescriptions.

The results are private if a patient is self-referred through our website.

The dental practice will not have access to these reports unless the patient contacts SleepTest.com and requests that the reports be shared with their dental practice.

To have results shared with you, follow these steps:

1. Contact the patient
2. Instruct the patient to use their SleepTest Portal to request that the HST results are shared with your office
3. Please ensure they provide the office name, address, and referring provider.
