How does the membership pricing and cancellation work for practices?

At SleepTest.com, we offer flexible membership options for dental and medical practices to help you manage patient referrals effectively. Here’s a detailed guide on how our membership pricing and cancellation policies work.

Membership Pricing Options

• Monthly Plan: $149 per month. 
• Annual Plan: $1499 per year. By choosing the yearly plan, you save $300 compared to the monthly plan.

• Pay-Per-Use: If you are not on a subscription plan, you can opt for a pay-per-use model at $79 per referral. This is also known as the "Snooze" option.

  NOTE: With the Snooze Option, you pay the per referral fee regardless of how the patient moves forward.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your membership at any time without penalty. However, please note that there are no prorated refunds for partial months or years if you decide to cancel before the end of your billing cycle. You will be charged the current rate if you choose to rejoin later.

Access After Cancellation

If your account is on “snoozed” or you have canceled your monthly plan, you can still access your existing patients’ information. However, any future referrals will require payment per referral or activation of a membership.
