Transferring ownership of a practice account to a new dentist is a straightforward process. Follow these steps to ensure a smooth transition:

  1. Log into your SleepTestCRM account.
  2. Navigate to the "My Account" section.
  3. Select "Contacts" from the menu.
  4. Click on "+Add Contact" to add the new “Provider/Professional.” 
  5. Enter the new provider’s National Provider Identifier (NPI) and license number.
  6. Once the new contact is added, update and practice information that needs to be done under the “Practice Info” Tab.

Associated Fees

There are generally no fees associated with transferring ownership of a practice account. 

However, if the new dentist wishes to subscribe to a membership plan, the following options are available:
