Can I still access patient information if our practice subscription is canceled or snoozed?

If your practice's subscription with SleepTest.com is canceled or put on snooze, you can still access your existing patients' information. This means that you can view and manage the data of patients who were referred before your subscription status changed.


However, if you wish to make new referrals, there are a couple of options available:

  • You can refer a patient from your "Snoozed" account. The referral costs $79, and the patient is tied to your account.
  • You can refer the patient for self-referral. Patients referred this way will not appear in your SleepTestCRM and will receive a list of qualified dentists near them who can assist with their OSA if clinically appropriate.
  • Alternatively, you can reactivate your membership to continue making referrals without the per-use fee.

If you encounter any issues accessing your patient information or need further assistance, you can try the following steps:

  1. Log in to your SleepTestCRM account and check the status of your subscription and patient records.
  2. If you are unable to access the information you need, ensure that your account details are up-to-date and correctly entered.
