How can I update provider information in the SleepTest CRM?

Keeping your provider information up-to-date in the SleepTest CRM is essential for smooth operations and accurate communication. Follow these steps to update provider information easily:

Steps to Update Provider Information

  1. Log in to your SleepTest CRM account using your credentials.
  2. Navigate to the My Account section.
  3. Click on Contacts to view your current provider list.
  4. Select the provider whose information you wish to update.
  5. Edit the necessary details such as name, contact information, NPI, or license number.
  6. Once you have made the changes, click Save to update the information.

If you cannot do so, use the CRM Support Tab: Click “Ask Question” → choose the relevant provider → submit your message.
