Steps to Update Provider Information
- Log in to your SleepTest CRM account using your credentials.
- Navigate to the My Account section.
- Click on Contacts to view your current provider list.
- Select the provider whose information you wish to update.
- Edit the necessary details such as name, contact information, NPI, or license number.
- Once you have made the changes, click Save to update the information.
If you cannot do so, use the CRM Support Tab: Click “Ask Question” → choose the relevant provider → submit your message.
