To view details about a patient's medical insurance and the fees for their sleep test, follow these steps:


  1. Ensure the patient has activated their portal. This is crucial for accessing insurance details and scheduling tests.
  2. Log into the SleepTestCRM platform using your credentials.
  3. Navigate to the Drafts tab if the referral is still being processed. If the referral is complete, go to the Completed tab.
  4. Find the specific patient by searching their name or referral ID.
  5. Once in the patient's profile, check the Insurance folder for details about their medical benefits. This includes whether their plan is in-network or out-of-network.
  6. Review any emails sent to the patient for out-of-pocket costs. Patients typically receive this information before proceeding with the test.

If you encounter any difficulties or if the information is not available:


  • Ensure the patient has completed all necessary steps, such as activating their portal and agreeing to the Terms of Service.
  • If the referral is still in the Drafts tab, complete all necessary folders (insurance, medical history, etc.) and click Submit Now once all folders are marked green.
