How to View Answered, Unanswered, and Archived Messages on your Practice SleepTestCRM Dashboard

  1. Open your SleepTestCRM Dashboard
  2. Click the "Support" link located in the top right of the screen
  3. Click the blue "Inbox" tab to view answered messages
  4. Click the blue "Waiting" tab to view unanswered messages
  5. Click the blue "Archived" tab to view past, answered messages
