How to Send us a Message from your Practice SleepTestCRM Dashboard

  1. Open your SleepTestCRM Dashboard
  2. Click the "Support" link located in the top right of the screen
  3. Click the purple "+Ask Question" button
  4. Answer the question "What is your question regarding?" by selecting "Patient" or "General"
    1. If selecting "Patient," choose the patient from the dropdown
  5. Type your question
  6. Click the green "Submit Question" button
