How to View Your Results and Documentation on your SleepTest Patient Portal

1. Click the link in your email to open your SleepTest Patient Portal

2. Click the "View My Results" button

3. Enter your personal access code in full (Access Code+Zip Code)

  • 1st half of personal access code: a five-digit code given to you by SleepTest.com, typically found in an email
  • 2nd half of personal access code: the zip code for the address where your sleep test was shipped

Note: Do not add any extra characters or spaces when entering your personal access code in full

  1. Click the "Lookup" button
  • Note: If you receive the message "No record found", confirm that you have copied the 1st half of the personal access code correctly and that your zip code is correct.
  1. Click the "View My Documentation" button
