If you have concerns about the quality of your sleep test results and would like to perform additional nights of testing, you can request more testing time before sending the device back. A retest would not apply since your test kit is still with you.

Here’s what to do:

  1. Contact SleepTest.com: Reach out to the SleepTest.com team as soon as possible to request an additional night of testing.
  2. Extend Your Testing Period: The team can extend your testing window and guide you to continue using your device for another night.
  3. Complete the Extra Night: Once approved, perform the additional testing night following the instructions.
  4. Return the Device on Time: Return the device using the prepaid shipping label after your extra night.
