If you need to obtain receipts for your Health Savings Account (HSA) or insurance purposes, follow these simple steps:
- Log in to your SleepTest.com Patient Portal.
- Once logged in, navigate to your “Itemized Receipt.”
- Right-click on the “Itemized Receipt” button and click “Save as”
- Save as a PDF
All receipts are included in the link.
Note: Receipts are provided after the Home Sleep Test has been interpreted; if you haven’t received your interpretation, it may take up to 4 days.
