How can I obtain receipts for my HSA or insurance purposes?

If you need to obtain receipts for your Health Savings Account (HSA) or insurance purposes, follow these simple steps:

  1. Log in to your SleepTest.com Patient Portal. 
  2. Once logged in, navigate to your “Itemized Receipt.”
  3. Right-click on the “Itemized Receipt” button and click “Save as”
  4. Save as a PDF

All receipts are included in the link.


Note: Receipts are provided after the Home Sleep Test has been interpreted; if you haven’t received your interpretation, it may take up to 4 days.
