  3. Pre-Test Telemedicine Appointment: Most insurance plans require a telemedicine visit before the test. This appointment requires a device with a camera and a stable internet connection.
  4. Receive Your Test Kit: SleepTest.com will ship your test kit to you. You will have about five days to complete the test and return the kit using a prepaid label.
  5. Conduct the Test: Follow the instructions provided with the test kit to complete your sleep test at home. Ensure you gather at least five hours of data to avoid retesting fees.
