- Check Your Email: Make sure you have received the scheduling email from SleepTest.com. This email contains a link to book your telemedicine appointment. If you can't find it, check your spam or junk mail folder.
- Verify Email and Contact Information: Ensure your email address and phone number are correct in the SleepTest.com system. Incorrect information can prevent you from receiving important communications.
- Resend the Scheduling Link: If you missed the email or can't find the link, contact SleepTest.com to resend the scheduling link. You can reach them via the CRM Support Tab by clicking “Ask Question.”
- Try Alternative Scheduling Times: If the available times do not fit your schedule, check back later or contact SleepTest.com for additional options.
- Check Spam: If you’re unable to find the email still, then check your Spam folder in your email
What if I cannot schedule a telemedicine appointment because I’m unavailable?
You can skip a telemedicine appointment by going through the Cash Payment options. This may impact your insurance reimbursement as most insurances require a telemedicine visit to reimburse or cover sleep testing.
