1. SleepTest.com offers a complimentary insurance check once you activate your patient portal.
2. This verification process usually takes 24-48 hours.
3. You will receive an email outlining any out-of-pocket costs before proceeding.
4. Please note that some plans, like out-of-network or HMO, might not be supported.

Cash Payment Option

For those who prefer to pay out-of-pocket, the costs are:

• $285 for the home sleep test lab.
• $95 for a pre-test telemedicine consultation.
• $85 for a post-test consultation, if needed.
