How to Schedule a Telemedicine Visit

1. Open your SleepTest Patient Portal
2. Click the "Click Here to Proceed" button
3. Confirm that your time zone is correct. If not, click the blue "Change" text to update your time zone.
   1. Not sure what time zone you're in? Visit https://www.time.gov/ to find your time zone.
4. Select your time and date
5. Click the "Continue" button
6. Your email may auto-populate in the "Your email*" section. If so, delete and retype your email.
7. Type your email again in the "Confirm your email*" section
8. If you want to receive text messages, enter your mobile phone number in the "Your mobile phone" section and ensure the box is checked for the "OK to send me booking notifications via SMS"
9. Click the blue "Done" button to confirm your appointment
